Frequently Asked Questions

A Solo session is a private 1-to-1 lesson between you and the teacher — fully personalised, flexible pacing, any time slot. A Cluster session is a small group of 3 to 5 students covering the same topic together at a scheduled fixed time. Both formats receive the session recording afterwards.

If fewer than 3 students are enrolled 48 hours before the session, enrolled students will be offered two options: wait for the next scheduled cluster batch on the same topic, or upgrade to a Solo session at Solo pricing (paying the difference).

Yes. Every live session — whether Solo or Cluster — is recorded. The recording is made available to all enrolled students who paid for that session, regardless of whether they attended live. There is no additional charge for the recording.

Yes, completely free — no login required, no credit card. All 16 Edexcel Core Practical simulations are accessible to any student directly from the Simulations page. We believe practical understanding should be accessible to everyone.

We follow the Pearson Edexcel International Advanced Subsidiary (IAS) and International Advanced Level (IAL) Physics specification, Issue 3 (first teaching September 2018). Unit codes: WPH11, WPH12, WPH13 (IAS) and WPH14, WPH15, WPH16 (IA2).
